Our Cocktails
Blank Canvas Drinks was developed by Charlie Bolton, founder of luxury consumer cocktail brand Charlie’s Classic Cocktails.
Charlie spent the better part of two decades working in the bar and restaurant industry in London, Manchester and Leeds. His experience stretches across some of the best bar groups in the country, including Oskar’s Bar at Dabbous, Burger & Lobster and Callooh Callay.
Alongside his own personal experience, Charlie has a large network of drinks industry veterans, from global spirit ambassadors to world renowned bar owners. He makes sure at every stage of cocktail development, feedback is given from the very best in the trade.
Charlie’s close team are all former mixologists, and you can be assured that your cocktails have been handcrafted by expert professionals.
